Tasting Notes:

Deep crimson, purple in colour. Berries, vanillin oak and toffee aromas on the nose. Savour the taste of rich ripe berries, chocolate and a hint of pepper. This is a well integrated wine with smooth, silky tannins and excellent length.

Cellaring:

Under careful conditions 7 years.

Winemaking Notes:

All fruit sourced from Colin and Bruce Beer’s 40 year old Siegersdorf Road vineyard. Fruit is hand picked, open fermented, basket pressed and barrel aged in 80% new French oak.
