Tasting Notes:

This Semillon Sauvignon Blanc has the freshness of lychee and gooseberry aromas, with a touch of lemon butter. Soft, rounded flavours of pineapple, honeydew and lemongrass give a rich middle palate, finishing with a crisp mineral edge.

Cellaring:

Under ideal conditions 2 - 3 years . Can be stored standing up.

Food Suggestions:

Drink with seafood or poultry dishes. Utterly food friendly, this wine will be a perfect match to One Pot Chook or Prawns with Potato Gnocchi.
