Portobello & Porcini Mushroom with Creme Fraiche Soup

Made with vegetable stock, this soup has all the rich earthiness of Portobello and porcini mushrooms, fragrant with rosemary and thyme; and with the indulgent addition of crème fraiche, it is very much a meal in itself.
Serving Suggestion:
Simply heat and serve with good crusty bread.
