Made with vegetable stock, this pumpkin soup has all the richness you’d expect from a traditional country cook’s repertoire, but with the added lift of verjuice and creaminess of mascarpone, it is very much a meal in itself.
Serving Suggestions:
Simply heat and serve with good crusty bread.
