On Saturday night I went to the West Australian Symphony Orchestra where Asher Fisch was conducting Brahms’ Double Concerto, a musical marriage and a radiant symphony by husband and wife soloists Pinchas Zukerman and Amanda Forsyth. It was a wonderful concert and was just so special for me; Asher being a friend since 2004 and having followed Pinchas career for 35 years. Asher’s face alight with a great grin and the way Pinchas and his wife played was just as if they were singing to each other – a truly unforgettable experience. - Maggie.
