Start the day with a morning smoothie recipe thick with oats, apple juice, lady finger bananas, honey and a quince glaze.

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup apple juice chilled
1 cup full cream milk (or almond milk) chilled
1 ripe lady finger banana peeled
1 tbspn honey

Place the oats into a medium bowl with the apple juice and set aside to soak for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Place the soaked oats, apple juice the remaining ingredients, into a blender and blitz for 1 minute until smooth.

To serve, swipe the inside of the glass with extra Quince Glaze, then pour in the smoothie and enjoy chilled.
