Prep time: 10 mins / Cook time: 4 mins.

Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt.

Melt the butter in a heated fry pan and add the thyme and sliced mushrooms sautéing them for 2 minutes.

Add the Verjuice and cook for a further 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
